Terms and Conditions.

This Terms and Conditions describe how projects will be disclosed and managed, when you visit or make a purchase from https://sonssetestudio.com (the “Website”).

A 50% non -refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No booking is confirmed without this payment

The remaining 50% will be required, on project completion, prior to receiving your final files.

All payment is made through PayPal invoices.

You are required to provide the requested information 48 hours prior to your start date.

Your project will start upon the start date you are assigned. Turn around times will vary.

Once the project has started, you will be expected to respond within 5 working days. If you are unable to respond within this time scale, please make me aware. If you fail to respond to within this time scale an additional fee may occur.

Your project will be terminated if you fail to respond within 30 days, this will result in a loss of deposit.

A maximum of two rounds of amendments, will be included for each design element, within the agreed price.

Any further amendments will be charged at an additional fee of $25 per hour.

The final designs will remain your exclusive property, you can use these without any restrictions.

Print design is not included within the project cost, unless specified.
